The Umbrella and Bicycle Story
The weather for the past few days has been relatively wet, getting a fair bit of rain. I had to get to a far corner of my camp to settle some stuff with a heavy book in hand..Looking up into the sky, the dark clouds seemed to be gathering in preparation for yet another downpour. It was now between a choice of taking the bicycle, getting there and back in double quick time, saving invaluable time or pickin out the slower and more treacherous route of cutting across the grassy fields with an umbrella in hand in case it rains anytime during my trip there and back.
Well, if you realise, I would not be able to protect myself from the rain and could possibly be trapped in the far corner of my camp if it rains anytime while I'm riding since I cant possibly be holding an umbrella and a heavy book while I'm riding can I? =)
Tough decision making ain it? While, many times in life we are often faced with such a dilemma..And time does not stop running while you are trying to seek out the best option to take up. Ever met a guy who sweeps you off your feet and he gives you the most comfortable and exciting feeling everytime you are with him?? Yet, you know that from his relationship backgrounds that he is one who cant commit to long relationships.. Next came along a guy who has all the qualities and character of a good husband. Somebody you know will be viewed with approbation by your parents and peers. Good looks and a sharp brain further goes to reinforce the idea. Nice to hang out with, but deep in your heart you know that it is the former who really gives you the feeling of being in love.
Secretly hoping to explore the possiblity of being the special one who's able to keep his heart tightly locked up with you..While you are deciding, time keeps running, both of these two highly desirable are constantly attracting many other female suitors, yet they only have eyes for you.. However, over time as more attractive female suitors come along, both of them might change their mind before you decide..What will you do? What will you do??
